Tomm Moore and Ross Stewart strip away Disney-style gloss in favor of jagged woodcut visuals and raw Celtic myth. Set during the brutal Cromwellian occupation of Kilkenny, young Robyn Goodfellowe forms an alliance with a wild girl who sheds her human skin when sleeping, awakening an ancient wolf spirit. The kinetic velocity of their midnight runs across the forest floor vibrates with feral wonder and genuine political fury. For Apple TV+ viewers wanting transcendent otherworldly storytelling, this film operates at the absolute peak of animated folklore. It anchors the streamer’s supernatural lineup by delivering mythology with historical sting and sublime artistic conviction.

Most demonic possession thrillers lean on creaky attic doors and crucifixes, but Gregory Hoblit treats the occult as a hardboiled cat-and-mouse procedural. Denzel Washington anchors the grit as Philadelphia homicide detective John Hobbes, tracking a malevolent entity that transfers instantly between bodies through casual street contact while humming Rolling Stones tracks. The terrifying simplicity of a demon you cannot shoot, lock up, or identify gives the third act crushing weight. It fills a distinct niche in the Apple TV+ library: an uncompromising, sweat-soaked late-nineties thriller that proves supernatural horror works best when rooted in relentless psychological dread.

The concept of fate becomes an intricate subterranean factory in this colorful, high-concept romp. Abandoning gritty superstition, the story tracks Sam Greenfield, a chronically unfortunate young woman who stumbles into an elaborate celestial dimension populated by Scottish-accented black cats and bureaucratic leprechauns managing earthly fortune. While the comedic pacing stays family-oriented, the film's structural rules of luck and cursed karma offer neat metaphysical logic. Subscribers browsing the service for lighter supernatural escapism get an imaginative diversion that swaps ghosts for lucky pennies, delivering spirited fantasy worldbuilding without losing its emotional core.

Margery Williams’ century-old fable gains fresh emotional resonance in this hybrid production that treats a child's imagination as a conduit for genuine enchantment. Young William discovers that love has the transformative power to make an ordinary stuffed rabbit sentient, blurring the frontier between nursery comfort and mystical metamorphosis. The craft balance between live-action domestic realism and nostalgic hand-drawn fable avoids syrup in favor of poignant observation. For Apple TV+ watchers seeking gentle supernatural realism, it offers a thoughtful meditation on grief and renewal that turns familiar bedtime folklore into resonant visual poetry.

Eschewing dialogue entirely, director Joe Mateo channels personal bereavement into an ethereal cosmic fantasy about an astronaut stranded on a barren dwarf asteroid. When an incandescent alien visitor arrives possessing the miraculous power to summon vibrant flora, water, and breathable atmosphere through physical touch, harsh survival blooms into domestic bliss. The story's supernatural mechanics operate on pure emotional metaphor, presenting love as an animating metaphysical life-force. It stands out within the streamer's library as a lyrical, bite-sized burst of supernatural wonder that packs the emotional resonance of a feature-length film into twenty minutes of radiant visual storytelling.
