Currently, Screenverse is a completely free platform to use. We do not charge users for browsing, reading reviews, or getting recommendations. Because our core services are free, there is generally no need for a refund policy for general users.

2. Future Premium Services

In the event that Screenverse introduces premium features, subscriptions, or merchandise in the future, all transactions will be strictly governed by the refund policy implemented at that time. Users will be notified of these terms before making any purchase.

3. Advertising and Sponsorships

For partners, advertisers, or sponsors who purchase promotional placements on Screenverse:

  • Advertising campaigns can be cancelled with a 48-hour written notice.
  • Refunds for cancelled campaigns will be prorated based on the remaining unfulfilled duration of the ad run.
  • Setup fees or design fees (if applicable) are non-refundable once work has commenced.
